The house is great for kids with a good-sized pool. A/C throughout & ceiling as well. Any issues within the house Sampath was to happy to accommodate.

I’ll start with some context. I use Airbnb and other booking sites for over 100 nights away a year with both my family and work. I’m also a musician so have stayed in some seriously horrible places so have experience in staying in a full gamut of rooms. I’m definitely not precious For a $500+ a night stay here’s what we got. 4 beds. 4 rooms. A new couch, clean house and… Well that’s where it stopped. No top sheets on beds. Weird dooner blanket things. No coffee. no milk. Nothing in the kitchen apart from black teabags. The products in the bathroom were passable at best. If it was $300 cheaper I’d be happy. Photos are definitely heavily edited and really don’t show this house. Checkout stated 11 but cleaner arrived a little after 10. Definitely not her fault and she was super apologetic. If I were you, I’d find somewhere else for way cheaper.

Place is near by all the theme parks ; good facilities as described. Worth for the price paid and very accessible. Sampath is an amazing host and very responsive, hospitality was great. Organised things swiftly.

staying at Sam's was so nice ,honestly my family and i have short getaways 4 to 6 times every year past 15years and i must say Sams place , was one of our favourite stays so much space , the pool the kids n us adults just loved it the spa at night time was Heavenly sooo relaxing. the aircon inside so nice .id suggest bring your own blankets/doona . im was so happy cnt wait to come back, Sam was just a great host thankyou so much for having my family and i. Best xmas getaway !
