In retrospect, we should have stayed more days here and less in Moalboal! Really beautiful accommodation! Big, cozy room. Huge garden directly at the beach! Very quiet area. Manager Elian was very kind and organised a scooter for us (we explored three waterfalls in the surroundings). Early check-in was also no problem. We can highly recommend! Just be aware that there is no wifi. P.S. From Moalboal, just take a bus to Bato and ask to drop you in Samboan city center.

I would definitely recommend staying here! The place is a little piece of paradise and perfect for relaxing. It's located right at the beach and we saw a sea turtle and the best sunset 😍 The rooms are all quite big and there is a lot of space in living room and kitchen. We stayed for 3n and had the whole place for ourselves. The staff (Virgelia & her husband) were very attentive and helped us where they could, but also left us alone when we didn't need anything. They even arranged a scooter for us (which seemed a new task to them) so we could go see the waterfalls. I guess most guests use their offer to drive you. The WiFi worked pretty well. There were some minuses, like the confusing check in (since the right location is not on Airbnb, we were told to wait at another place but noone was there for us and we had to ask around until we found it) or the bathroom not being spotlessly clean, but we didn't mind these. I think if you are looking for a private beach getaway - this is it!

Absolutely beautiful home! Very clean and has a great kitchen with lots of equipment. The staff on grounds are incredibly lovely and available to help with anything! Such a great price!

Gemma’s house is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. As a beach person I really love the place, the sea breeze, nature with sea. I love the place as its very quiet. The lights outside with a mini Garden. I would really recommend this hidden Gem 💖 will go back soon.
