Convenient location situated right above a shopping mall

To host fee-paying guests on Airbnb, one should do more than just provide the bare necessities such as beds, couch, TV, white goods, etc.. One should also strive to ensure that the little (but important) details - such as bed side tables (so that one can place one's glasses, mobile phone, etc.), hooks in the bathrooms (to place one's clothing and towel when taking showers), over-the-sink shelves in the toilets (to place one's oral hygiene items), regular changing of the kitchen sponge (for hygiene purpose), covers for the kitchen chair legs (to minimise noise on the tiled floors) - are attended to so that guests are not inconvenienced and they feel at ease. This is unfortunately not the case during our short stay. We feel that we will be better served in a hotel setting (rather than in an Airbnb setting) the next time we are in JB.

Overall, stay was pleasant and rooms are clean Towels and basic shower needs provided. Pre-check in deposit was a hassle for overseas guest without Malaysia Bank account. Would be great if there was some hooks in the bathroom and a microwave oven.

The property is very convenient as it's right above the Paradigm Mall. This AirBnB stay must be the cleanest that I have stayed in. Kudos to the management and cleaning team. Keep up the good work. Just a minor improvement needed: to provide correct pin for Netflix It was a fantastic stay, will definitely choose this property if I'm coming to Paradigm Mall again.

The host is proactive to reach out for a list of guidelines to check in and house rules. Deposit of RM200 and identitiy documentation is collected beforehand via WA. I have no issue for key collection and check in. The place was clean and neat. and feel just right at home. Very comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately no WiFi I suppose I am the first few guest stay the place that it was not installed at the time. The place is located right above the mall. Great location and easy to access to the mall but just small thing to take note during mall peak operation hour might have jam to get in and out from the accommodation as they share the same route to enter and exit. Overall very happy with the place.
