The upstairs living space has a large formal dining table that seats 12 people which flows through to fully furnished lounge room with leather sofas and occasional chairs. There is a smart TV and a separate sound bar for playing your own music. The lounge bifold doors open up to the top balcony. By midday this balcony is in full shade and catches the coolest sea breezes and has spectacular views day and night. Allawah has a little bit of history, with the staircase and landing coming from the original Townsville Jail. These unique stairs will take you down to the huge games and lounge room where you will find another smart TV, and soundbar, billard table, dart board, kids books and board games. This room also has a leather sofa, bar table and stools and is the access point for the swimming pool which has amazing colourful pool lights, cabana/day bed, alfresco dining table plus a huge decking with another table for BBQ's. There is also sun lounge area by the pool. In the afternoon this whole pool area is all in shade, making it an optimal place to socialise and swim in the afternoon.
