Centrally-located, stylish walk-up studio apartment. This is above my detached garage on the same property as my main home. Located on a safe, quiet tree-lined street. Comfortably sleeps 6. Two minute drive or 15 minute walk to downtown. 1 mile from Mizzou campus. Room for 1 car in the shared driveway, add'l cars have free street parking. Contact me to rent high quality and sanitized baby gear from me (even if you decide to stay elsewhere!) This is a studio apartment above a detached garage. One queen bed, one pull-out queen sofa bed and one queen blow up mattress. Full bath with shower (no bathtub). Small kitchen and dining nook. Living room with TV.

What a great stay! Perfect location and walkable to downtown. The property is serene, surrounded by trees and set back from the road, with fresh and inviting decor. Jessica was a superb host - very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay again!
2nd time staying here because Jessica is very responsive and the place is perfect for a quick visit!
Jessica was a great host. We had an issue with the hot water (lack thereof) but she was able to move us to her other rental property on our second day. A little bit of a hassle but she responded quickly and we enjoyed our time in her properties. Would stay with her again.
Amazing stay! Contacted Jessica late into the day and she immediately accommodated to fit a schedule comfortable for the both of us.
