You will be walking distances from the lakes, the cities best restaurants, and the exciting Uptown nightlife. This is a perfect space for a business traveler / remote worker, couples looking for a romantic getaway, or someone simply looking to explore the coolest pocket of Minneapolis.

We were in town for a local show in the area and Joe's place was a perfect spot for me and my husband. Uptown has so many cool things to do and you are within walking distance to all of them here. Parking was easy even though it was street, and the space was perfect. I felt safe walking and we got to know the area because it was so walkable. His recs for places to eat were also great!
Clean and quiet apartment, easily accessible and most importantly the host was responsive, I will recommend.
It was cozy, yet spacious for a studio with all the right touches. Lots of charm in an older home with taller ceilings, a comfortable bed, and a charming kitchenette. It's easy to get in to, parking was no problem and it's close to coffee shops, etc. Joe was very friendly and helpful.
great for younger person/couple. needs some touching up on the woodwork, to many chips and scratches. Bed very soft and no safety bars getting into the shower
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pillows and blankets were clean and very comfortable as well. Joe was very communicative. Bathroom was clean, water pressure is not strong. There is not much parking at night as there are many rental properties around, we had to keep making rounds until we could find a spot but everything else was great.

Fantastic location in "Uptown" Minneapolis, perfectly situated between downtown Minneapolis and Calhoun Square, the main shopping area of uptown. Nearby, you'll find great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, as well as a convenience store (one block) and a community Co-op grocery store (two blocks).

- The Lowry: trendy bar/restaurant but not too upscale. Great HH.
- Fifth Element: Local hip hop record store owned by Atmosphere's Sean Daley (Slug)
- Liquor Lyle's: Classic hole-in-the-wall bar
- Mortimer's: Great place for some Foosball & darts
- The Wedge: Community co-op with an organic & local focus.
- Caffetto Coffee: A MPLS staple.
- Burch Steak & Pizza: Upscale, great food.
- Bradstreet Crafthouse: "Speakeasy" atmosphere
- Sebastian Joe's: One of the most famous ice cream cafes.

- From the airport the apartment is about 15-20 min, typically a $20-30 Uber/Lyft.
- Metro Transit has "high frequency" bus routes that run one block away (Hennepin Ave) that service most desired locations, including downtown Minneapolis. Metro Transit buses take cash or you can pay via their transit card or app.
- In the summer, NiceRide MN is a bike sharing service with a drop off / pick up location one block from the apartment. Minneapolis is one of the most biker friendly cities in the entire-world.
- Uber & Lyft are abundant, as well as taxis.
- On street parking is available if you drive car.
