Joe's house was extremely comfortable and spacious clean and tidy had what you needed. Parking was perfect location and the Parkdale beach only a few minutes away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 40 Evans St Parkdale. The system of finding the key inside the keypad worked very well for us. The premises and amenities were very comfortable, and the property was very conveniently located for what we wanted to do in Melbourne.

Thanks Joe , The house was lovely , spacious and very accommodating for us 4 guests . The heating was fantastic. We will definitely be back next year when coming to Melbourne .

We really enjoyed Joe’s place. Not super close to a lot of attractions and the train station is 25 min walk away but we had a car and were not going to the city so this was not an issue. Everything was clean and modern, we could not quite work out the aircon but this also was not an issue as it was not really needed throughout our stay. Overall the place was roomy, clean and quiet but maybe not suitable for tourists looking to get around the city everyday.

Joe is an excellent host and he made my stay very enjoyable. It’s a large home so you can bring the family. Great cafe Rustik, around the corner with fresh and frozen meals so if you are not in the mood to cook, pick something up there. Easy walk to the shops and the beach. I stayed for a month and it was a great time.
