Our family had a great time staying at Nipon's place. The room is very clean with great amenities. The local breakfast came with an ample portion. We'll definitely stay here again.

Nipon is an amazing host, and his PILA (his surname btw) Farm Studio is a very unique place to stay in Lom Sak, far from an average farmstay/homestay in rural Thailand. The architecture is perhaps a blend of modern Thai, Japanese and Scandinavian style, with the bathroom's wooden tub the ultimate highlight - so big it can fit a family! The setting is idyllic with mountains over the horizon east and west yet only 10-15 min drive from town. And just a minute walk from PILA, you get beautiful views of the That Phanom-look alike rising above the green/golden rice fields (depending on the season). For me, the best part is PILA's contribution to support local communities. Not only does Nipon serve local delicacies for breakfast and complimentary, generous mini-bar (restaurant coming soon) but his enterprise also trains locals as staff. Our family, especially 3-year old daughter Pin, enjoyed great time, albeit too short, with Khun Tum and his team. Thanks again!

Nipon's farm is really impressive! It has several houses, and they're planning to open a restaurant soon. The entire place is surrounded by trees, offering a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. The family room we stayed in had 2 big beds and an outdoor dining area. The house is much larger than it appears in the photos, and I absolutely love its design! Meeting Nipon in person was truly pleasant—he's so polite, friendly, and caring. We wish him the best with his project, and we'd love to visit again!
