Our cute 2 bedroom apartment, (one king, one queen bed and one queen air mattress) is in the heart of the downtown Iowa City/Univ of Iowa area and yet quiet and easy to access. Our apartment is ground floor, and in a professional building so available for respectful travelers attending a conference or community event. Our apartment building has a large driveway and you’ll have space for a vehicle if needed. Walk a short 30 feet from your car to enter the building. There’s a security door, then up 3 steps and you’re home. Our 2 bedroom apartment has lots of natural light, a full kitchen, fast internet, TV, and a great Iowa City location. You’re one and a half blocks from the Chauncey, and their Movie theater, Bowling alley, and Fix coffee shop. 2 blocks away is New Pioneer grocery, and another block is the nationally rated Iowa City library. Nearby is the UI campus and recreation wellness center with indoor swimming pool, climbing wall… so many activities available there. You’ll also find easily walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and book stores. We hope you’ll love our fabulous city and the great location of your new home.

Laura is a great communicator. Her place has a cozy feel and a happy vibe. Love the comfy kitchen booth! The apartment has everything that you need and it was super clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
Laura was a very prompt, efficient communicator. Check in was simple. The apartment is comfortable and extremely clean. with labels on the doors to help you locate items in the kitchen, which was well stocked. The King bedroom and living room faced the beautiful college park, and it was a wonderful view. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom were well furnished, and had comfortable beds and linens. The bathroom was extremely clean also, the water got hot quickly, and the shower pressure good. As in any old building , the floors are squeaky, but that just adds to the charm of it all. This is an apartment building, so above you is a renter, but below you is the laundry room, so I did not feel I needed to walk so quietly. I didn't use the laundry room, but you can. The location is a couple of blocks from tons of restaurants, shops, theater, near bowling alley/bar. Such a fun town, and beautiful, friendly people. This place is amazing.... Worth every penny!

Great, cozy spot! Loved the location and parking spot so I could leave my car and walk most places in Iowa City. Communication was kind and timely.

Your apartment faces college green park, and is very near the University of Iowa, the UIHC, and Mercy Hospital.
We have free parking in our driveway, and Iowa City is a very walkable community. Everything you’ll need is an easy walk, and our free public bus system is also easy to manage.
