Edge Luxury Villas is a brand-new adults-only retreat nestled in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. Four villas are available, with each accommodating just two adults. Forests Edge Villa 4 is closest to the forest and has beautiful tree views from the bathroom window. The incredible location of the 136-acre property means guests are surrounded by world-class wineries (closest 1 minute), beaches, restaurants and local attractions. Immerse yourself in luxury, nature and wine. Edge Luxury Villas offer four passively designed villas that gracefully extend over a pristine lake, perched at the forest's edge. Each villa offers a well-equipped kitchen, inviting leather lounge, cozy wood fireplace, and sumptuous king beds with luxury linen. Modern comforts, including a coffee machine, air-conditioning, and high-quality fittings, ensure a stay of pure indulgence. Nestled in the heart of nature, every corner of our villas is meticulously designed to offer breathtaking views of the tranquil lake. Whether you're relaxing in the lounge, preparing a meal, or enjoying the warmth of the wood fireplace, the captivating scenery is never out of sight. The highlight of your stay awaits in the form of beautiful freestanding baths positioned by large windows, providing an exquisite vantage point to enjoy the beauty of the lake. What a special place this is. We LOVED our time at Edge Luxury Villas. The villa is beautiful. Very spacious, thoughtfully designed, and with everything you might need - and more. We couldn’t get enough of watching the sun rise from our deck. Swimming in that beautiful lake felt like such a treat. Having a bath whilst looking over the water was sublime. Clare was a wonderful host - so responsive and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, it was wonderful.
If you’re looking for a romantic villa that ticks all the boxes, then look no further. A picture tells a thousand words and Clare’s villa answered all of them. With quick responsive times, Clare was a fabulous host that made sure we had the perfect stay. Not only the check in instructions were so easy and straightforward, Clare also recommended local places to visit and dine. As you step into the villa you’ll be greeted with an abundance of natural light with views of a beautiful lake. The kitchen had all the amenities you need with quality appliances. As you walk into the bathroom, you can’t help but to notice the luxury details such as the rain shower and a deep bath tub overlooking the lake surroundings. Wish we stayed here more than 2 nights, but we’ll be back for a winter stay. Especially when it had a fireplace.
Clare’s place is set in beautiful and private surroundings. The natural environment is stunning and the accommodation is wonderful. There are little touches that add to the stay. The location was excellent for us. About 10-15 minutes to a wonderful beach and nestled within winery country and only about 25 minutes from Margaret River Town Centre.

Edge Luxury Villas are located in beautiful Wilyabrup, the first area in the Margaret River Wine Region to have vineyards planted in the 1970s. This means the property is surrounded by world-class vineyards, with two cellar doors just a minute drive from the entrance gates. Clairault Vineyard is only a 5 minute drive and has incredible wines for you to taste, tell them you are staying at Edge Luxury Villas for some VIP treatment. They also have the closest restaurant to the villas, open for lunch. The Margaret River Chocolate Factory is 5 minute drive, simply turn left when exiting the entrance. We are also close to many pristine beaches, take your pick as they're all breathtaking, go early in Summer to experience a beach all to yourself. The famous Injinup Natural Spa is just 10kms away. We are located halfway between Busselton and Margaret River towns, just 25 minutes drive and 20 minutes from Dunsborough. If you enjoy beer, you will find FIVE breweries within a 12km radius of the villas.
Edge Luxury Villas are perfectly located to be able to experience everything the Margaret River Wine Region has to offer. There are too many wonderful places to mention so feel free to ask us for advice on where to go.
Guests will need a car to explore the Margaret River Region. As these are rural roads, guests should drive with caution. A wine tour is an excellent idea for those wanting to enjoying tasting wines and not having to drive. Each villa has a designated numbered car bay. The parking area and loop road is sealed, however the driveway is unsealed gravel and guests will need to drive slowly.
