A lot of tourist spots and famous eateries are just within 5 km radius from my place, it is easily accessible to all the places in Georgetown, Penang. The location and space of the unit was perfect for us. Lots of great food options just steps away. There was a mini mart just downstairs which was really convenient. The drawback for us was that the unit we had initially booked became unavailable days before we arrived so we had to switch units, to my opinion was a lesser worth unit but never got any compensation for it. When we checked in there were a few things broken like the light in the washroom and water leaking in the bedroom. The light bulb was replaced right away. The water leakage, I was just told to put a towel down and nothing else was done about it. The ac in the living room was also dripping water onto the floor so we had to have a towel there the entire time. These were just a few small things and didn't affect our experience a whole lot.
