This place is located in a quiet residential area yet just 10 minutes to Shinjuku by train. It's perfect for couples or families of 3-4 ppl (recommended for children elementary school age and above) . We have two spacious beds and a comfortable sofa bed available. You can work in a quiet room with plenty of sunlight, overlooking Tokyo's cityscape from the 8th floor. Mt. Fuji can be seen from the place! 24h convenience store on the ground floor. located Tokyo Metro Nakano-fujimicho st. 8min walk This room has just been fully renovated in the fall of 2023. You will be comfortable in a clean room with clean utilities and beautiful interior. We care about the quality of the beds and mattresses. The sofa bed has a mattress to be placed on top of the bed, so you can have a comfortable sleep without feeling like you are on a sofa bed. A space for working is also provided for your convenience. High-speed Wifi is also available, making your stay comfortable for long stay. Washing machine is the latest model of wash-dryer.

整个区域都是非常安宁的，旁边就有很多便利店。离地铁站、公交站、出租车都很近。这个房间在东京算非常不错的了，出门左手边就能看到富士山和东京的天际线 。期待下一次有机会再住这个。
房屋很漂亮.床品舒服.有独立的空间可以看书.书写，楼道里可以看到富士山。房屋结构布局很现代。房东热情美丽。

저희 넷의 도쿄 여행에 유미의 숙소에 머물게 된 것을 정말 행운이라 생각합니다 . 여자 넷이 묵었는데 짐 한가득 풀어도 될 만큼 공간도 넓었고 숙소 안에서도 공간 배치를 정말 잘 해두셨습니다 . 숙소는 정말 흠잡을곳 없을 만큼 깔끔하고 좋은 공간이였습니다 . 숙소 위치는 나카노후지미초역에서 도보 8분인데 신주쿠역에서부터 생각하면 20분정도 소요됩니다 . 처음에는 거리가 멀다 생각했지만 그 동네는 정말 사람들의 따듯함이 느껴지는 동네였습니다 . 역 앞 에그타르트도 맛있고 동네 큰 마트 구경도 좋고 동네 곳곳이 포토스팟입니다. 정말 좋은 동네에 좋은 숙소에 묵게 된 것 같아 여행 내내 즐거웠습니다 ! 숙소 바로 아래층엔 미니스톱 걸어서 2분거리 로손 5분거리 세븐일레븐 7분거리 큰 마트가 있습니다 . ❤️
Yumi’s place is in a very good location. Bus stop is right out side the building and convenient store are also downstairs. Walking distance to train station. Very close to shinjuku. The area have a lot of restaurants and cafe you can explore. Her place is very clean and look just like the pictures. Yumi instructions of how to get to the place is very well detailed. Easy to find. If you like to go out drinking at night you can go to shinjuku and take a taxi back to her place because the place is close to shinjuku so the taxi price is cheap. Her place also close to supermarket that have 100 yen shop inside which is very fun to browse around. We be able to see Fuji mt from her place. It was a very good experience staying they. We will definitely book her place again when we visit Tokyo and would recommend to our friends and families. Highly recommended her place!

We are located in residential area. There are several local temples nearby that locals visit. In October, there is a big local festival, so please inquire if you plan to stay in October. You'll likely have the chance to witness a fantastic festival up close.
Shinjuku Station is about 5 km away. There is a bus stop available right in front of the place, or you can take a taxi for less than 2,000 yen.

I have mixed roots and was raised in both Japan and Taiwan allowing me to grow up in a global environment. I studied abroad in Seattle and Boston, UK, and Taiwan and so on. Every time I went overseas, I was helped by many people and had great experiences. These experiences have made me the person I am today. Now that I have 3 kids, I cannot go travel as often as I used to, but I wanted to give back what I could. Hope everyone likes my place.
