great new place for the family of 15!
Worth every peso. The place was big enough to accommodate everyone but felt homey at the same time. The caretaker kuya Poy was very helpful and nice.
Our team had fun with our stay in Casa Maribel. The place was beautiful and homey. We enjoyed the karaoke, card games and pool. We asked if they have coffee maker and eventually the host provided one for our enjoyment. We really appeciated the host's hospitality and their caretaker's kindness to us. Thank you!
We had a wonderful 2-nights stay at Casa Maribel! We felt at home! The photos we're exactly as advertised. Finding their unit was also easy. Rex is responsive and proactive. While Kuya Poy, the caretaker is reliable and helpful. The house is spacious and comfortable for 10 people. The kitchen has complete amenities, clean, ample dining space and daily replenishment of drinking water. Bedrooms have nice beds, linen and pillows, cold AC - almost like a hotel. The pool view from the 2 rooms are also a wonderful sight to see. Bathroom is squeaky clean and smells good! No problems with water pressure and hot water. Vanity sink has hot water too. The pool / garden is our favorite place, we spent a lot of bonding time there while having barbecue - they have a fancy grilling stove, and we loved it! Lastly, internet is fast and reliable - no issues having to connect for 10 smartphones, 2 tablets and 1 iPad. The place is highly recommended when staying at San Fernando!
The house was very cozy, and well-appointed. 1 shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms with a double bed and floor mattress. There's a lovely kitchen, a nice dirty kitchen (which isn't dirty at all!) and dining area. The loft where the TV is has a sofa bed and a huge floor pillow. The garage is good for 2 cars but we were able to fit a Montero, an Innova, and an Xpander with Kuya Poy's help. The pool is not heated but it's nice. At 5ft deepest the kids had a blast. The house can be found using Waze. Don't use G00gleMaps. And there's Grab food service so you can just chill and order food. We will book again!
