Capacity up to 7 persons. 7 bus lines within a radius of 200 m connected to any point of Gijón. Located between the Poniente and Arbeyal beaches. Local bars and restaurants, health centre, fitness park, supermarkets, pharmacies, a few metres away. Private parking available The rooms of the house all have natural light, with windows facing outside. All windows are double glazed to insulate from noise, cold... Three large bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, one of them with built-in wardrobe with large capacity. One smaller bedroom with single bed. The largest bedroom has a desk and chair for work. A living room with sofa, chaise-longue, table, state-of-the-art television. Router with fibre optics that allows an easy connection in all the rooms of the house. Sockets with USB input for easy charging of electronic devices. Master bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin in vanity unit with large mirror and hairdryer. Hand soap and shower gel. Laundry basket. Bath and hand towels. Another bathroom with shower tray, wc, washbasin with hand soap and shampoo. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher as well as all the necessary utensils: pots, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, etc... Large table with chairs. The kitchen has direct access to a terrace/patio with table and chairs, barbecue (from April to November), parasol and plants. The other terrace/patio between two of the bedrooms, with clothes line. Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, centralised thermostat for the whole flat. Smoke detector system in the central corridor and smoke extinguisher.

Nos recibió Olaya, comunicación con ella rápida, flexibilidad en hora de llegada, comercios cercanos, apartamento amplio y cómodo. Por poner un pero tuvimos algo de dificultad para aparcar a última hora del día que era cuando llegábamos a casa
El piso estaba genial y tenía de todo un lujazo. Íbamos por motivos de trabajo, pero fue muy acogedor

Born in the heat of the city's industrial revolution at the beginning of the last century, Natahoyo has been reconverted into a residential neighbourhood between the two new beaches on the western seafront: El Arbeyal (just a 10-minute walk away) and Poniente (less than 15 minutes on foot). Gijón's famous Semana Negra (Black Week) takes place in the old shipyards located between the two beaches.
The neighbourhood has cider bars, "chigres", grills, seafood restaurants and local restaurants offering full daily set menus from 12 € and regional gastronomy from affordable prices and take-away places.
The Fábrica de Loza park is on the same street just 3 min. walk away with a dog friendly area and a large outdoor fitness area. Jogging enthusiasts can enjoy the Moreda Park just a short walk away with numerous paths running alongside the river; a beautiful promenade that connects to the city centre and the Poniente Beach.
Three supermarkets, a health centre and pharmacy are within walking distance.

The nightlife area of Fomento-Marqués de Casa Valdés is 15 minutes away on foot or less than 10 minutes by public transport.
