okay we just stayed for a whole week a whole and we had a wonderful time. unbelievable views from our balcony looking right to one of the fortresses and over a beautiful square. the host was so great at responding immediately! he helped us find great restaurants, he even helped us find tours! they have done an amazing job renovating this already amazing space! we sat on the balcony every morning and had coffee..(they provided a coffee pot, an electric teapot and even a coffee pot for pods if you want that) they even had flushable wipes LOL the beds were amazingly comfortable! I took some awesome pictures of the view from the balcony as well as the view from the bathroom believe it or not.(there was a shade of course) no problems at all here! I would stay again for sure...and my Aunt and I can be Karens! lol

I wish I could recommend this apartment, but I cannot as we had a terrible experience. CONS: -NO hot water for the entire stay -Bedroom lights flashed like strobe lights, especially annoying when two of the three bedrooms have NO windows so the lights are necessary -Management was slow to respond about the hot water, and never responded to the lighting issue. In the end they apologized and said there wasn't anything they could do about it because there was a larger problem with the building. Said they wouldn't take anymore reservations until the problems were fixed but when I checked during our stay the apartment was still listed and was available for rent. -A bit noisy especially in the evening. (Cars, sirens, and people coming and going from the bars) -There is also a large banner on this building announcing a new bar that will be opening directly under this apartment. (We were happy it hadn't opened when we were there.) PROS: -clean -spacious

RE Management was very responsive answering inquiries almost instantly. The property is just as depicted in the photos, no hidden negative surprises. Although a bit pricier than most, we strongly recommend the property for its prime location, spacious accommodations, cleanliness and most importantly, easy prompt responsive communication with management. We will definitely return on our next visit to Old San Juan!

Loved the feel of the Old San Juan space. Tall wood doors, high ceilings, overlooking the Cristobol fort and a plaza. It was very comfortable for the three of us. Loved it

Definitely the best location, for a 6 person stay! Right in the heart of old San Juan with a great view. This Airbnb had everything, glassware, utensils, serving trays. An abundance of towels. It smelled amazing upon arrival, and it was spotless. Management was super responsive my whole stay. Responded in under 5 mins. Very impressed by this property.
