Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in eastern New Providence, this spacious, stylish one bedroom, one bath suite is newly completed, with its own entrance at the rear of the home. We are just a 5 minute drive to beaches, grocery stores and pharmacies, local and fast food restaurants. Downtown and Paradise Island/Atlantis Resort are just 20 minutes away via the scenic waterfront Eastern Road. The enchanting world of BahaMar and Cable Beach is just 15 minutes beyond downtown. This king suite has its own private rear entrance on the lowest level of a 3-storey, owner-occupied hillside home. Guests are welcome to enjoy sunshine and fresh breezes from the privacy of an enclosed back yard and large rear patio with ample outdoor furniture. Walk into a spacious entryway with double glass doors. Set down your electronics on a dedicated work desk. Enjoy preparing or simply enjoying a meal in the large eat-in kitchen with dining table. Step up to the very spacious bedroom to lounge, read or enjoy cable tv from a pillow top king bed or the comfortable chaise sofa.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Sandra’s place. The unit is prestine. The location is quite peaceful and serene, and just about 9mins to Palm Cay. This will definitely be my go to spot for future stays.
My stay with Sandra was amazing. She goes above and beyond to make her guest feel at home. You can tell that she has put a lot of effort into the rental. The house is located in the hills and the views are breathtaking. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. I felt very safe. Not only did the place look better than the photos but it was pristine. I will be sure to book again!

This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, best suited to guests who are seeking a restful retreat, or a quiet place to return to after a day or night of activities. Nassau is generally pretty flat, but this area is popular for walking the small hills, or along the nearby scenic shoreline, and to Yamacraw Beach.
You can choose to enjoy scenic but less crowded beaches nearby or drive less than 15 minutes to immerse yourself in the bustle of attractions and cultural activities of Downtown, Paradise Island, the Fish Fry, or the new Cruise Port. There are food stores, big name and local shops, a gym and restaurants nearby for your convenience.
Taxis are expensive, and jitney bus routes are some distance away, so we recommend that you rent a car so that you can enjoy all that the island has to offer.
