Beautiful views & private entrance on 2 rural yet modern beautiful acres in NE Colorado Springs with proximity to everything convenient. You're going to be staying in the open, sunny basement of a warm, friendly home. This is a recently finished area in half of our basement, designed specifically for travelers. There is a private outdoor patio tucked in a comfortable location where you may swing or enjoy your morning coffee or the quiet sounds of our cool country nights. We are adding new amenities and conveniences as we go, so check back frequently to see what we've done. Outside your bedrooms is a washer and dryer available to clean traveling clothes. Puzzles and games are waiting to be used in the linen closet outside your room. In case you visit in the Spring or Fall, your bedrooms have their own heater and thermostat to keep you cozy for the cooler indoor transition seasons between Winter full-house heat in to Summer's perfect indoor temperatures. You will have a nice bathroom in your hallway. It's got a full shower, toilet, and sink. Soft, comfy bath towels await you. A kitchenette completes your indoor amenities. You'll have exclusive access to a refrigerator, microwave. A refrigerator (with a small freezer), microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are supplied for your use. This is a basement, but it's a walk-out basement with large, open south and west facing windows, so you don't really feel like you're in a basement. Please note: Half of the basement is unfinished, which is the half you enter from the private entrance. The finished half contains your bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, w/d, and it can be closed off from the unfinished portion if you like.
