Upon your arrival we will make sure you have coffee, tea and bottled cold water in the fridge, together with milk & cereal so you are set for your breakfast. With a gorgeous raised patio/balcony you can relax with a cuppa in the morning or at night watching the kangaroos hop around. Or, simply relax on one of the recliner chairs, and enjoy the aircon indoors. Visit the many beaches, cafes, restaurants and bars with your own transport, or with a short Uber ride you'll be in Mandurah, Rockingham, Baldivis within 10 minutes or Perth in 30 min. Or, easier still, the train station is only a 5 minutes drive and you'll be in Perth in no time. All linen is provided. With air conditioning in the living area as well as a separate air conditioning in the bedroom. All windows have black out blinds for total privacy.
