The Home Upon entry your attention is immediately drawn to the oversized sliding glass doors letting ample natural light in and providing a clear view of the private pool. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs. An air fryer, crock pot, and MagicBullet are available to guests. Coffee lovers will enjoy the espresso machine, french press, or classic drip-pot option. Enjoy that delicious food you just prepared at the kitchen table (which seats 5)! Or sip on some morning coffee at the bar stools (seats 3). The living room is the perfect place to watch a program on the large flat screen. Or enjoy time with one another shooting a game of pool or playing cards around the coffee table. If you have to pull out your laptop, you can find a desk in the living area overlooking the pool. They say if you have to work, might as well work in paradise! Step outside through those sliding glass doors we mentioned, and cool off in the home’s private enclosed pool facing the water feature behind the home. Having a pool day? BBQ a meal on the grill and enjoy it poolside at the patio table. There’s plenty of room to watch the kids play in the pool from the patio table or one of the two seating areas. Need to relax after a long day? Grab a cup of wine and head to the hot tub! Back inside, you’ll find the king suite off the living room. Get a restful night’s sleep in the king sized bed and wake up overlooking the pool and water feature behind. There’s an additional TV in this room for movie nights in bed. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities, an oversized tub, and glass enclosed shower. The other bedrooms are back towards the front of the home off the foyer. Immediately when entering the home, if you take the first right and follow the hall all the way back you will find the flamingo room! Tastefully adorned in our favorite pink feathered friends is a queen sized room, which also has a TV. Back in the same hallway, you will find the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom off the main hall has a twin size daybed. There is a desk in here if you need a quiet place to work. Also off the main hall, you can find the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The Community Beyond the home, you have the beautiful resort-living community of River Strand. With a 27 hole championship golf facility. And equally impressive ProShop to match, this is a golf lover’s paradise. Not so into golf? There is something for everyone here! Grab a bite to eat at the semi-formal dining room or the grille room. Or dine poolside at the Tiki bar and enjoy the sunshine. Be sure to check out the two resort-style pools, resistance pool, and heated spas the clubhouse and community center have to offer. Feeling active? Stop by one of the two fitness centers. Or stop by the tennis centers and pickle ball courts for your racquet sport needs. And don’t forget to schedule a basketball match on the half courts with those new friends you made on the greens! Head to downtown Bradenton and stroll on the 1.5 mile Bradenton Riverwalk, before doing some shopping on Old Main Street. Or venture about 20 minutes to Sarasota for some really intense shopping at the Mall at University Town Center.
