More details about breakfast and lunch, further down. - For every stay, you will have Nilma, our helper, physically present at the house, typically between 9 AM and 5 PM, to assist with any guest needs, including help with cleaning and cooking. A basic breakfast is INCLUDED with every reservation, cooked and served by Nilma every morning. Lunch is also available. All you need is to provide the ingredients and Nilma will prepare it and serve it for you. You may also order groceries ahead of time, from several nearby stores and supermarkets, and arrange with Nilma to have them delivered when she is available. Some of the chains nearby, which deliver at home, include Hortifruti, Extra, Princesa, Golden Market and Clube do Churrasco. • For a touch of relaxation, we've cultivated a special partnership with Marta, a skilled local massage therapist. Indulge in her fantastic services by inquiring about availability and specific offerings when you make your reservation. A soothing massage by Marta could be the perfect complement to your stay, so be sure to secure your preferred date and time in advance. House Rules and Other Things to Note: In our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly request your understanding and adherence to a few house rules: • Age Limit: for the safety and suitability of our home, we ask that guests refrain from bringing children under the age of 10. • Pet-Free Zone: even though we love cats and dogs, no pets are allowed on the premises. Many guests are allergic to pet hair, so please do not choose our home if you plan to bring one, no matter how small they may be. • Smoke-Free, vaping-free Sanctuary: Our home is a smoke-free/vape-free zone (and, of course, no drugs of any kind!). Guests who smoke or vape are kindly requested to do so outside the exterior gate to maintain the pristine atmosphere within the property. • Party-Free Zone: to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, parties are not allowed. Only guests whose names are included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No outside visitors, please! • Security Measures: for the safety of all, video cameras are in use in the exterior areas of the house. • Maintenance Excellence: our dedicated caretaker, Evaldo, ensures the pool and garden are pristine for your enjoyment. He takes care of these areas every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, ensuring a clean and inviting space. Evaldo is not just efficient but also friendly, making sure your experience is top-notch.
