When we first arrived, the window to one of the rooms was left open and jammed. You could not close it, so we were forced to sleep with the window open and all the loud noise. We informed the owner immediately and he said he would look into it. Nothing happened. We tried to connect to the Wi-Fi which was a big reason to rent this place and it didn't work. Notified the owner and he asked us to reboot the router. We rebooted, but we still did not have Wi-Fi. Owner didn't do anything about it. We lost water pressure to the restrooms and notified the owner. He said they were having issues with the whole building, but everything would be restored within the few hours. Only one restroom was restored and the main shower still didn't have any water pressure. Floors were dirty. Corridor lights were flickering and needed to be replaced. Notified the owner, but nothing was done. Asked for 2 hour early check in and they wanted to charge me an extra fee. What a disaster of a place.

The place was decent but it definitely needs more maintenance. It felt very much like a hotel. It was very far from the airport and the area didn’t really feel that safe. The only plus are the fun rooms on the 31st floor, but most were inaccessible since you need to reserve them. The wifi did not work at all, and I didn’t really get a response for why. The window was also broken in the second bedroom, which was a bit scary since we were on the 20th floor. It also brought in lots of noise while sleeping, we had to use some ear plugs
