Great place overall. The view is better in person. The geothermal floors are cool also. Hot tub was well maintained and at a good temperature.

A wonderful place to stay while in Iceland. ). The house is located in a very charming area and we always felt safe. Beautiful sunrises and views. Would recommend.

Beautiful place. If we ever come back id want to stay here again. Clean, warm, hot tub was working and ready to operate. Temperature in the house was a little warm (and the instructions say not to adjust the thermostat) so I messaged the host at night thinking they'd get back to me the next day but they responded that night and had a solution. We were a few minutes late getting out at the end of our stay and the man who came in to clean was very kind and helpful.

Das Haus konnte dank der guten Beschreibung ohne Probleme gefunden und betreten werden. Der Innen- und Aussenbereich war sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den grossen Whirlpool und die ruhige Lage des Hauses. Die Lage war perfekt, um mit dem Auto die Umgebung und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war äusserst freundlich und unkompliziert. Auf Fragen haben wir innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stunning 3 bed ground floor house. 35 minute drive from Reykjavík city (1.5 hours from Keflavík airport) with easy roads and easy to find. A supermarket and fresh bakery less than 5 minutes drive away. The house was well stocked to cook and relax and the views were stunning! We saw a perfect sunset and sunrise and the northern lights 2 out of 3 nights for our long weekend break in February 2024.
