Set in a residential village just 100 meters from the picturesque Marina di Olbia where you can walk beetwen piers and boats or enjoy an aperitif. Located in the district of Olbia-mare a short distance from the airport, away from city traffic, quiet but well served by shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops for every need. The historic center of Olbia is just a few minutes drive, animated by its boutiques, wine bars and squares with lively cafes. The strategic location, out of the traffic of the historic center and close to the connecting roads, allows you to easily reach the famous beaches of Olbia and Costa Smeralda, the marine area of Tavolara, the trendy San Teodoro and many others to discover. The use of the car is recommended for greater freedom than public transport, often less efficient. Parking: Inside the property there is a private covered parking for a vehicle. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, war aber für uns noch ok. Man hatte uns angeboten, einen kostenlosen Reinigungsservice zu schicken. Die Kommunikation war super. Wir hatten beanstandet, dass in der Küche ein Paar Sachen fehlen, und ein 2. Handtuch schön wäre. Man war sehr bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen und es ist uns unmittelbar noch gebracht worden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat um in die Stadt zu fahren um dort Abends zu essen oder verschiedene Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen machen möchte. Schade das so eine schöne Wohnung in so einem Haus ist. Wir konnten teilweise Nachts aufgrund von Lärm des Nachbarn nicht schlafen. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig ungepflegt und dreckig. Mittlerweile steht es auch in der Beschreibung, uns war das bei der Buchung nicht klar. Es tut uns Leid für den Vermieter, wir hatten andere Erwartungen, die enttäuscht wurden und würden nicht nochmal her kommen.
We arrived at Olbia and found the location of the Airbnb to be out of town away from the main bars and restaurants. The listing stated we would be greeted by the host and we did not receive any check in details, the host did not respond via any form of communication given to us and were reliant on help from Airbnb to contact the host for us to access the apartment. It turned out that access was via a coded lock box and not a greeting by the host. We waited for over an hour in the dark for the host to send the check in information. In addition to this, the address had taken us to the wrong building. Aside from this the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Monolocale piccolo ma ben curato, con una bella veranda che dà sul mare. Recentemente ristrutturato, l’appartamento è molto grazioso. Il condominio un po’ meno, ma niente di grave. La cucina è molto piccola ma qualcosa si può fare. Questo posto è stato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti, ma lo troverei troppo stretto per una vacanza che oltrepassa i 7 giorni.

This can be unpleasant to the eye and to the decorum and is due to the incorrect delivery of waste by individual citizens which causes the waste to be collected by the ecological operators.
The house is accessed via the entrance door and is located on the 3rd floor which is accessed through an elevator or from a flight of easy external stairs. The lift takes you to the floor and to the house, accessed through the common entrance corridor, it is not necessary to take steps to enter the house.
