Ellicottville Chalet in the woods; only 3.9 to from the village, hot tub and plenty of privacy on 8 acres. Our chalet is perfect for 2 or 3 families, 3 couples or 12 max guests. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum please. Sit back next to one of our two gas fireplaces in either of two living rooms and enjoy the view! Beds: 1 King, 3 full, 1 twin, and 2 full pullout couch beds. The entire place and 8 acres is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, air hockey and an arcade game.

This was a great find! We loved our stay, it was a quick drive into town which was exactly what we wanted. The house itself was well kept and had the things we expected to have and more.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the property! It was clean, spacious and a comfortable place to call home for a weekend. It is located on a large private lot with ample indoor and outdoor space. The private hot tub was a treat and gets really hot!

We are in the woods and only 3.9 miles from Ellicottville village. In addition, we are on the same street (3/4 mile) as Holiday Valley tubing. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.
