Patricia and Frank place was perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter at Rollins College. It was convenient, clean, and with all the amenities needed for a great stay! We also enjoyed the deck - which was a great space to enjoy the cooler evening air. I look forward to coming back.
enjoyed it very much ( all that needs to be shared with public) wish we had had instructions for use of stove, air conditioning system wish we had been more clear which unit was ours...did not see any number on the unit or unit area and on arrival knocked on wrong door perhaps I misunderstood but was not clear i needed to turn right into area where i was staying and then look for unit on left the location was very convenient for winter park and college park...there was noisy maintenance work next door to property i felt pretty safe but not enough to stop locking the door to the room we weren't using at a given time
Fun little place within walking distance of several restaurants, a Publix, and a Trader Joe's. Cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and toaster with provided cooking implements were sufficient for our week long stay. Enjoyed the outdoor patio between the sleeping building and the living building for morning coffee, and was remote working so the WIFI was great! Communications were super responsive. We noted a problem that wasn't bothering us yet, and someone was there within the hour, and the other required technician soon after. Truly enjoyed our stay and expect to use this place again in the future!
