The apartment itself was nice, was clean and smelled good. It had a great potential, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The host was not honest about the ongoing renovation work on the balcony and back exterior walls. Given that I had explicitly mentioned my need for a quiet space to work remotely before booking, it was disappointing to find myself amidst the chaos of construction in my first morning. The noise was unbearable and made it impossible for me to focus. To make matters worse, the internet stopped working mid-stay, although I later learned that this was due to an area-wide outage. The photo of the balcony should be removed, since it is false advertising, it can't be used due to the construction. Overall, while the apartment had promise, the lack of transparency and unworkable conditions made for a frustrating experience.
