On arrival (one hour past our checkin time), surprised to find cleaner still present! location, very private & lovely suburb. Good size home, wonderful playroom & toys/books etc for children. Comfortable beds. Maintenance is required inside and out. Pool was advised as available for use, however was unclean & water had evaporated requiring us to clean & top up prior to use. Pool test kit was also out of date. Bbq in patio was left unclean by previous guests. A laundry filled line on arrival required us to remove when dry & fold etc to be able to use ourselves. Linen (towels/ sheets pillowcases) very worn, creased, some stains & questionably laundered. Advised host of concerns who said would follow up. Home suited our purposes, however in current condition & presentation, I believe is poor value for money & would definitely expect better for this price range. After cleaning patio area & bbq, getting in laundry & cleaning & maintaining pool, we were able to enjoy our family getaway. Dee

The home was very easy to find and upon entry felt like home. The hosts were very responsive to my questions and went above and beyond. The pool and outdoor BBQ area was amazing! The house had everything you needed and more. it was a beautiful place to stay and one I highly recommend.

This place came up about a week before our trip. We liked i so much, so we decided to cancel our existing booking and booked this instead. This is in Subiaco, which is one of nice suburbs of Perth. It was a short walk to many cafes and shops, and also only 5min walk to Kings Park. Big plus was the pool, which the kids really enjoyed and perfect for the hot Perth summer. The place is actually someone's house, rented out whilst they were also on holidays. This made the place very homely and had all the amenities we required for the stay. But on the flip side, some of the furnitures and appliances were showing their age and wear-and-tear. The host were very responsive and pro-active with their comms. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Perth. One thing was that the garage is bit small and cluttered, so we had to move things around to park our car. Also, there are 2 external cameras in the property, which I think should have been mentioned in the listing.
