Located in the heart of the historic Beacon Hill neighborhood, this cozy apartment is on the first two floors of a four-story brick townhouse. Tucked away on a European-style gated courtyard, the apartment is incredibly quiet and private, and only steps away from the shops, restaurants and public transportation of Charles Street and Cambridge Street. The well equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with free in unit laundry, bar, adjacent patio. Also WFH station and gas fireplace. The unit is accessible via a private entrance on the first floor of a brick townhouse. The bedroom, living room and bathroom are all on the first floor, while the spacious kitchen is down a set of interior stairs on the garden level. The kitchen includes a dining area, in unit laundry, bar area, modern appliances, and a private outdoor patio with seating and a gas grill. The living room features a WFH station, a smart tv/roku, and a gas fireplace. There is ample closet and dresser storage in the bedroom.

This place was great! A cute and charming apartment right in beacon hill! The place was super clean and Anne was very attentive! She was super communicative before and during our trip. The upstairs neighbor had a leak during the stay and we alerted Anne and she was on it in seconds!! Would highly recommend!
I loved Anne’s place in Beacon Hill. It’s a perfect hub to rest and relax while enjoying Boston. Anne was so helpful and communicative when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Beacon Hill is an incredibly charming and fun neighborhood. The apartment is located within steps of the famous Cambridge and Charles streets, that are both full of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more. A stroll down Charles Street ends in the beautiful Boston Common and Public Garden.
Back Bay, Downtown, historic sites, and the North End are all easily in walking distance. The Charles/MGH T station (red line) is one block from the apartment providing quick and easy access to Cambridge, Harvard, South Station and the Seaport.
MGH hospital / ER is just one block away. Whole Foods grocery store and CVS are an 8 minute walk; other local markets are a 5 minute walk. Plenty of local bars and cuisine to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
The apartment is centrally located in an extremely walkable neighborhood. The red line and green line MBTA T stations are within blocks of the unit. Bus lines and bike share stations also just a block away.
There are a handful of parking garages nearby, however they are expensive. Cars are not required to stay or live in this area and are not recommended.

Hello and welcome to my home! I’ve lived in Boston for over 20 years and have been on Beacon Hill for the last 5. I love the charm, beauty and history of the neighborhood and this city. There is no other place like it! I am a competitive sailboat racer so I know Boston Harbor and Massachusetts Bay very well.
