The place is hosted in a nice downtown co-op apartment, and fit the description exactly. The check-in was a bit weird, but I had no issues with the building or the host afterwards. Good deal for the price.

It was an excellent stay! I was a bit worried at first given the limited number of reviews and the discrete nature of the check in, but rest assured that it is legit and they are very clear and communicative. Just follow the rules and you will have an excellent stay. It was exactly what they present and me and my partner loved it! Also, probably the best value you will get in DTLA: we stayed for 5 nights (3/25-3/30) and paid $120/night, $60 cleaning fee, $93.18 service fee, and $107.90 in taxes for a total of $861.08. If I ever plan to travel here again, I am definitely coming back. S tier stay in DTLA. Book and rest with confidence because it doesn’t get much better than this.

Modern unit that matched photos in description. Bright and clean with full kitchen and comfortable bed. Washer/Dryer available in unit plus dishwasher as well. Internet connected flat screen TV. Straight forward check-in & check-out instructions. Fairly quiet with enough space for two people. Basic necessities provided like a few plates/bowls, glassware, silverware and cooking utensils. Missing a few necessities like hand soap in the bathroom, floor mat next to shower, shelf or table in bathroom, extra towels & pillows. Gym & pool/hot tub located close to unit on same floor. Filtered water to refill water bottle available in gym. Street metered parking available out front for $0.50/hour with 4 hour max 8a-8p M-Sat. Cleaning fee & Air BnB fees too high though. Limited contact/interaction with host. Great location! Close to nightlife, restaurants, bars, cafes, Whole Foods Market and more! Would consider staying here again.
