The bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower combo, recently updated from an old 1900 bathroom although, understand, this home is dated but with lovely updates. The woodwork is original, the floors are refinished and we tried to keep the old charm while blending in some new. The home has 3 queen beds, a full bed, a full size futon and a sectional that pulls out to a twin sleeper. Updated kitchen, with stove, microwave fridge, toaster and a drip coffee maker. We supply linens and a starter set of paper products and soaps. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This sprawling large colonial is host to 2 apartments. This is the upper full unit and in this speciose rental you'll enjoy 4 bedrooms, full Living room , Kitchen, private bathroom & plenty of space for groups up to 10 people. If you need larger accommodations the entire home can be reserved under a different listing and accommodates up to 16 people. Please understand you are reserving a budget friendly accommodation that was built in 1933. While we have gone to extensive lengths to renovate this massive old century home we still have yet to reach perfection. Those that are looking for location, convenience, clean, spacious & budget friendly location frequently depart with a smile. And those that book expecting the Ritz Carlton leave ignoring the fact they booked the largest 4 bedroom location at the lowest price but expected the Whitehouse are never satisfied.
