a absolutely stunning place to stay. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Very difficult to find a reasonable place to stay for a large group.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at Julie's house! Everything was perfect. The house is bright and sunny, clean, neat, and quite large. Almost every bedroom has it's own newly renovated bathroom. On top of that the location in Westhampton Dunes cannot be beat! The house is situated between beach access 4 and 5 - a quick walk either way and only a 1 minute drive to Pike's Beach where you can pay to park and have the benefit of bathrooms and lifeguards. Then at the end of the day you can head home for a swim in the pool and watch the sunset over the bay. We bought delicious meats and seafood at Justin's Chop Shop in Westhampton and ended up grilling at home most nights. Downtown Westhampton is very close and cute with a surf shop, restaurants, boutiques, bakery, home stores and more for those who like to shop or need a break from the beach. Julie is also very responsive. We will definitely rent again next summer if it is available!

What went very well: - the house itself is very very nice, well decorated, clean, confortable for 2 or 3 couples with kids. - The kids room can accommodate 4 kids since it has 2 bunk beds - the bedrooms are big, good mattresses - nice kitchen, great living room and perfect swimming pool - just 3 blocks from beach access - 10 min drive to the local market - awesome! Great place to rest! I recommend this house and would definetely rent it again!

We had a great time at Julie’s house. Very convenient to the beach and to the amenities of Westhampton. Lovely pool for cooling off when the beach became too hot. Interior has been done to a very high standard. Very responsive host.

We rented for the month of June and had a great time. New decking in the back is lovely, can’t beat having a swimming pool and walk to ocean! There is a lookout to watch the sunsets over the bay just up the road a few steps from the house. House is as described. Hope to come back again next year.
