This was a perfect visit. We were visiting friends in Venice for a few days, and needed something close to all the fun but quiet enough that we could come crash after getting sunburnt. Anita's home met all those criteria, and we had absolutely zero complaints. Her instructions were thorough and sent with plenty of time, she was attentive to our needs and made sure to check in, and everything was exactly as advertised. And here's the kicker: we were running late to catch our flight home, and in our rush we forgot to return the gray remote for opening the outdoor gate. I panicked when we got to the airport and realized, and sent Anita a very apologetic email promising to next-day ship the remote to her. She said not to worry about it and that she'd replace it herself. Would 10/10 recommend Anita in the future - friendly, helpful, and generous.

O local é exatamente como no anúncio, Anita respondeu prontamente, o portão automático é um diferencial. O único incômodo é que a acústica da casa é ruim, é possível ouvir as pessoas caminhando no apartamento acima. No entanto, o local estava extremamente limpo, o que me deixou muito confortável.
