An open staircase leads you to the upper floor where a library with a workspace awaits. You'll also find two separate beds and two bedrooms here – one of which is visually separated but without a door. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain shower completes the offering. Our loft apartment "FRIZ 8 - ART" was completed in December 2023 and is the latest gem on our "FRIZ estate." This ensemble also includes a charming 200-year-old barn that houses seven more "FRIZ apartments," which we have been successfully renting out as holiday homes for 7 years.
