The room matches the description - clean, well lit. The fan sure makes few noises; as mentioned in previous reviews but overall is manageable. Only issue is parking - you have to leave your car blocks away on a main road. Communication went smoothly with the co-host.

For the price, the location and apartment is great. The host, Amanda, was super responsive and the place is as described on the inside. Great if you are looking for an affordable place to stay and aren't planning on staying indoors the whole time (I had events to attend during the day leaving 6am and coming back around 8pm). Only downsides: if you are not used to the humidity, the fan is not enough to cool down the apartment and was rather noisy to have on while sleeping. Second, the fridge was not working during my stay. The next door guest kept my food for me, so at least a solution was found.

Functional place for our overnight stay
