The house fit our group of 9 perfectly. Plenty of parking, quiet area, squeaky clean, plenty of space. Javier had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, trash bags, extra tissue, etc… which helped us out a lot. In turn we bought tissue, tub cleaner, sponge, and water to leave at the house for the next guests. The train is right across the street but it really wasn’t even loud, it didn’t bother us at all. My only complaint is the washing machine…it definitely needs to be replaced. Oh and with a group be mindful of the hot water or you’ll be taking an ice shower lol

This house is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 8. Javier was kind and checked in on us to make sure we weren't dealing with a water issue that another side of the building was dealing with. This rental is basically a duplex with you renting the largest side. The house is open and modern and the master bath is HUGE. Big beautiful tub that a few of us took advantage of during our stay. It is pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed. The patio does not have any furniture and the bunk beds are not the most sturdy. We took the mattresses off the top and put them on the floor to avoid shaking each other awake. The trundle beds are plastic so, not the best quality. The washer's drum was loose, but it did clean our clothes. We just thought it was going to break it was so loud. We didn't feel comfortable to run it again. We let them know of the issues so, I am sure it will be worked out. There is not much to do in the area, but that was ok with us. We'd definitely book again!

This place was better than expected! We loved the stay even for just 2 nights we plan to go again

35min away from new Orleans but very spacious and new. everything as described. it's brand new so may not have all the house hold items, ironing board was still wrapped.
