There is another full bathroom with shower in the BBQ area. BBQ area with seating 10 table. Hot water in all facilities (3 water heaters). There is an outdoor shower as well. Dining room seats 6 people but can also seat 8 adding two chairs (plenty chairs throughout the house). Living Room area seats 9 to 12 people. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, mezzanine, living room, and dining room. Smart TV in master bedroom and living room; an additional TV in the BBQ area. Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, air fryer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. 1 carport space and large driveway sufficient to park 6 additional cars. Parties or events are not allowed.
