Set in beautiful countryside, with panoramic views to Dartmoor and beyond, the Cottage is just 2 miles from the A30, giving guests excellent access to major tourist destinations, popular Cornish beaches, famous landmarks including the Lydford Gorge White Lady waterfall, Tintagel Castle, St Michael's Mount, the Eden Project and numerous National Trust properties. Furthermore, Dartmoor National Park is just 20 minutes drive, offering many beautiful walks, cycling paths and wild swimming pools. Despite its rural location, there are many pubs and restaurants in the vicinity, with ample local amenities nearby for groceries; the award winning Strawberry Fields Farm Shop is just a few miles away. A reading alcove, including a selection of books, is ideally positioned to enjoy views over the garden through the French windows, which lead to the patio French windows lead out from the sitting room on to a sunny patio, which is perfect for relaxing in the sun, al fresco dining or an evening barbecue. The bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and comfortable space, featuring a beautiful wooden super king-size bed with luxurious memory foam mattress, which will help ensure you get a great night’s sleep. The Cottage can accommodate one well behaved small to medium dog and guests are welcome to use our fully fenced field as an exercise area, where they can be let off the lead. Being near to Dartmoor, Roadford Lake and many Cornish beaches, there'll always be plenty of walks to choose from. The Cottage and outside spaces are in full sun throughout the day and are a great place to relax and unwind after a day exploring on the moors or coastal paths.
