Abb and Lucy were very responsive and helped us right away when we had trouble figuring out how to work the heating system. Lucy even called the next day to check in on us to make sure that everything was going well. We were comfortable and had so much space. It was just want we wanted and expected.
The apartment was exactly as listed! It was a work trip for the four of us and there was plenty of space to relax or eat together, but also to have our own rooms. The location was easily accessible to the T and restaurants as well as getting to MIT for the conference.
We spent the night for New Years with our 4 kids. Plenty of space for all of us. Exactly as described. We took the train into Boston and it was pretty fast. Abb was very responsive. Quiet and safe neighborhood also very easy to find. Stop & Shop was only a couple miles down the street. Very clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
