Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. it's 2 blks from Main St. It's a great neighborhood to walk and view beautiful historic homes 1 block away. 3 bedrooms with a huge bedroom upstairs with sitting area, desk and TV. the other upstairs bedroom is great for kids with books and toys. You can enjoy the sound of bell chimes from the church. It has a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and all dishes and pans to prepare any meal. patio to enjoy. This cute older brick home is tucked away in an alley off 7th St, 2 blocks from main street. it is the perfect size for a family of 6. It has a small front porch in addition to a side patio area.

This was a great place for our group to stay for the weekend. Walking distance to downtown, nicely maintained older house. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, and kitchen had ample dishes and snacks. Unbelievable value for 6 people. Jackie was a great host...we'll be back!

Wonderful and cute place to stay in Boonville. Stopped in on a cross-country trip and the house was just what we needed. Clean, spacious and easy walk to everything in town. Jackie was super accommodating and helpful!

The neighborhood is great. You are surrounded by beautiful older historic brick homes. The architecture of the unique homes are amazing. The home is located in an alley off a red brick road, 7th St. There are 2 spaces directly in front of house to park. There are 4 steps up to front entrance door. there is 1 bedroom on main floor with the full bath on main also. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. There is a patio located off the kitchen. It is 2 blocks from main street, which consists of several eateries, boutiques and antiques stores. Hotel Frederick is right around the corner. its a beautiful historic hotel with an excellent restaurant and dining experience. Warm Springs Ranch is a popular destination for our guests off of 87 Hwy.
