The place was amazing. It has even much more potential as the house is a bit old, but well described when advertised. Currently pretty good and potential to be one of the best in Lake Entrance due to the amazing locations.

Perfect location. Terrible kitchen (we had to rewash everything) and bathroom (the shower barely works). Pre-checking requires you to put your driver license and credit card details in a dodgy looking website (website with beta8 in the name) even if you have already paid via Airbnb. This is one of reasons people use Airbnb: not share sensitive information with every host they are renting from. We didn't get the details to get in until we called them 30 minutes after the checkin time.
