The perfect home for your stay in Castle Rock---on a hill and next to open space for a phenomenal view! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite has a kitchenette with washer and dryer, driveway parking, and a patio with picnic table. Guests can have a lovely picnic in the patio and enjoy the views. The home is walking distance to Hidden Mesa Open Space, Cherry Creek Trail (goes to downtown Denver), and neighborhood parks and trails for hiking, running, biking, snowshoeing or horseback riding. Guest suite (1,225 sq. ft.) is the walkout basement of a residence with 3-car garage. Noise may carry. Home is on a hill. There are about 12 steps leading from driveway to door.

Dan offers an immaculate place to stay with a fantastic kitchenette that has a European feel to it. Very smart layout of this AirBnB space and very peaceful and quiet! Space has modern appointments, you can control the temperature settings. Everything you need is in this AirBnB! Easy check in and responsive host! Thank you, Dan!
