We’re a family of 4 who travel occasionally and make our home available for you to enjoy while we’re away. Because this is our home, you’ll find it equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Here's a summary of the features: LOCATION Our house is located in one of the few cul-de-sacs in the Northern Beaches. It’s a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. You can walk to Orara Reserve, Manly Dam, the Warringah Golf Club, and restaurants and cafes nearby. Warringah Mall, the nicest mall in the area featuring plenty of restaurants, cafes, large supermarkets, and department stores is also a stroll away. You can take a short bike ride to Freshwater Beach, or a comfortable bus to Manly Beach. You can be in Sydney CBD in 25 minutes by bus, or take the scenic route with a ferry from Manly into the iconic Circular Quay featuring the Sydney Opera House and Sydney’s Harbour Bridge. The house sits high on Allambie’s hills giving you uninterrupted views of this part of the Northern Beaches. DECK The best views of the house. It has a full dining table (seats 8), a lounge (seats 5), bar fridge, hammock, and a Weber BBQ/grill. It's half covered, fan, fairy lights. PATIO The backyard patio has a table (seats 6) with a large umbrella, and an outdoor Spa that fits 5 adults with a combination of air and hydro jets, and built-in speakers. GARDEN Beautiful landscaped garden all around the property featuring palm trees, ferns, a pond, and dozens of different types of plants. All surrounded by beautiful rock. Our gardener comes out every fortnight to keep the garden neat. The garden is beautifully lit before sunset until midnight (scheduled smart lights). FRONT YARD Our front yard features a trampoline and large Vuly monkey bars with swing, basketball hoop and other accessories to keep kids, teens and daring adults entertained. GARAGE Our garage fits 2 cars (3 more can fit in our driveway). It’s also a separate entertainment area featuring several hobbies such as surfboards, racquets, balls, a ping pong table, and another bar fridge. MUSIC All the house is equipped with 9 x voice-controlled smart speakers (Nest) so you can play music everywhere. INTERNET We have a fast Wifi mesh giving you fast and seamless internet access anywhere in the house. We also have the fastest residential internet service available in Australia with 1,000 Mpbs in download speed, and 50 Mbps upload speed. WORKSPACES Each one of our 4 bedrooms have working desks with chairs. 2 of the workstations have monitors available you can plug to your laptop and use as extended monitors. AIRCON Cooling and heating Aircon throughout the house. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen, with 5 gas stoves, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine. DINING Seats 8 adults. 2 child seats available. LIVING Large 75’ TV, Apple TV, Xbox Series X, Piano, Board Games and fully equipped children play area with toys, books, etc. BEDROOMS All 4 bedrooms feature cooling and heating Aircon, either a walking-closet, built-in or wardrobe, a full work desk with chair, and a smart speaker. The main bedroom additionally features a private balcony, walk in closet, a private ensuite with heating, double shower and spa. BEDDING ARRANGEMENT * Main Bedroom: queen bed, sleeps 2 * Second Bedroom (upstairs): double bed, sleeps 2 * Third Bedroom (downstairs): single bed with trundle, sleeps 2 * Fourth Bedroom (downstairs): single bed with trundle, sleeps 2 * A portable cot is available on request, sleeps 1 baby/toddler. All bedrooms are equipped with bedding and 500-1,500 thread linen. Freshly cleaned towels and linen are provided. BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY The house features 2.5 bathrooms. The 2 full bathrooms (main bedroom’s ensuite, and downstairs) feature heating. The half bathroom (upstairs) is shared with the laundry featuring washer, dryer and large sink. Please note that smoking, pets and parties are not allowed.
