We as a family of four had a great vacation at this place. The area is really remote and quiet. The beaches are beautiful and really close to the house. Most of the time we were the only persons around and it felt like private beaches. There are also great hiking opportunities nearby. Hilde is a great host, always responded quickly and provided us with good advice for activities, which made it much easier for us. The house itself is really nice and you have everything you need, except a dishwasher and a freezer! This two terraces are nice to enjoy the evening. Most beautiful part is the living room with its comfy sofa and the great view through the big windows. Unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations at the beginning. The house is packed with lots of personal and old stuff. There was no free space to put our clothes/stuff in so we had to live out of our bags. Not everything is up to modern standard. Also we expected to have the house for ourselves, but there is someone living in the basement. The person is nice and friendly and we only met him twice, but it doesn't match the description on airbnb. I contacted Hilde immediately about our concerns and she responded really professional, polite and welcoming and we found an agreement. So there were no bad vibes and I was very thankful for that. In the end we still had a fantastic time there!

God beliggenhet, med flere fine strender i området. Mulighet å komme med båt, og ha den liggende på Sande kai. Vert svarer raskt på spørsmål. Huset er ok, men ingen høy standard. Rent, men mange private ting liggende fremme. For eksempel datamaskiner, kabler og mat i kjøleskap. NB! Ingen oppvaskemaskin eller frys. Standarden på huset står ikke i stil med prisen.

Stor, pen og ren leilighet, bra beliggenhet ved strendene, perfekt utgangspunkt for turer på øyene i Ytre Gulen. En liten verden i seg sjølv, med imponerende natur og hyggelige mennesker. Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold med to barn, anbefales.

Superhyggelig vert! Rask til å svare, hjelpsom, og kom med gode tips! Stort hus, med alle fasiliteter, to gode terrasser og hage. Tett på flere strender. Mange fine områder for padling i nærheten.
