Welcome to our bright apartment just a few steps from the Prieuré beach in Dinard. You'll also be within easy reach of the Clair de Lune promenade for an iodized stroll, and the Parc du Port Breton if you'd like to spend some time in a green setting. This apartment is the ideal place to enjoy a stay by the sea, while benefiting from a peaceful environment. Located on the 3rd and top floor, the apartment is 47m2 and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It comprises : - two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), and the second has a double bed. Both are equipped with storage space (chest of drawers and small dressing room). Darkening is almost total in the bedrooms, thanks to blackout blinds. - a comfortable, well-appointed living space, with a sitting area equipped with TV and books. You'll also find the kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, from breakfast to dinner! - a bathroom with shower (attention, bathtub in photo not functional) and double vanity unit with storage space. - WC with washbasin is separate from the bathroom. The "equipment list" in this advert is up to date: don't hesitate to check it. Beds will be made on arrival. There's no need to pack too much luggage, as you'll also find the following on site: - one large and one small towel per person, one bath mat per bathroom, two tea towels. - the first consumables (two rolls of toilet paper, first garbage bags, groceries, washing-up liquid and sponge, dishwasher tablets for the first few days, cleaning products). We'll then leave you to do your own shopping if you need to.
