Compact flat at a good location. Close to metro & youbike stations. Many good coffee shops in walking distance. Very friendly and responsive host. The flat is okay and offers what you need. Not very stylish and maybe looks a bit better on the picture. But it’s okay and clean. If you need some privacy in the bathroom, you might have some difficulty because there is only a curtain (no door). Is it not very easy to find an affordable accommodation in Taipei - value for money could be better.

Eric has a very good place in terms of location and amenities one might need during short or medium stay in Taipei. Eric is also very responsive and ready to help. In short this place is worth every penny you pay for it.

Great place with a view, nice and clean

The place is well located near the red MRT. It’s an easy walk to 101 and nearby bus stations. Across the road is临江night market with attractive street foods. There are a lot of eateries in tbe neighbourhood too. The room is not very big, but perfect for two people with dedicated work space for each. Overall, it is well proportioned to make for a comfortable stay. It is of good value at the price we paid. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
