Toni, communicated very promptly when questions arose! House was beautiful and updated. Back yard was a blast with the volleyball court and pool. Great surrounding area as well!

First of all I want to talk about the host. She was super responsive, always checked that we are good and we have everything we need. Super polite and helpful! The house is amazing ! Has everything that needed. Lots of space, lots of activities to do. And was designed the best way to be the perfect air BNB! The gym was amazing, and the sauna! Can’t say in words on how perfect the experience was :) Thank you so much! I will go there again no doubt !!!
Family of 10, 6 adults and 4 boys. Our #1 priority was to enjoy a heated pool during the week. However there was no pool heater or warm water as had been messaged to me by Toni. The pool was freezing and unusable. A load of wet towels was left in the washer by the cleaning staff. The dryer did not work. 48 hours later, a serviceman disconnected the clogged vent. He never came back to make permanent repair, but we used the dryer with lint flying all over the laundry room. The kitchen was not supplied with baking sheets or casserole dishes. The electric cook top was not convenient for cooking for a family of 10. Propane tanks were brought to replace the empty tank in the fire table (48 hours later), only to learn they are not safe tanks for the space provided. You don’t lay a propane tank on its side. Therefore, an unusable fire table. The “pickleball court” had no net. The “movie theater” is 4 tvs with no instructions on how to sync them. No trash or recycle pickup schedule provided.
