Bedroom #2 is located on first floor and has a queen bed (NEW). Bedroom #3 is the loft space that has 3 queen size beds (NEW) and a TV. There is a private balcony facing the lake. The kitchen has a dining table that seat 6, the granite counter seats 4. You will find everything you need for cooking inside and out from utensils to dinnerware. There is a coffee pot with a full pot on one side and a single serve Keurig on the other. The living room has a full size sofa, love seat and an oversized chaise lounge. It has a 65 inch Samsung smart TV (NEW) where you can log into your streaming services. Cozy up next to the floor to ceiling fireplace with one of the many extra blankets provided. Outside on the patio is an outdoor dining space and a grill for your BBQ's. Grilling tools provided. Grab your beach towel (provided) and walk out to the beach area. The beach area is private to a few homes in the area and directly in the backyard. 2 small kayaks (up to 150 lb person ea) and 2 adult kayaks provided.
