74m2 chalet ideally located at Mont d'Arbois. Panoramic view of the Mont-Joly range. Car-free access to the ski slopes. Bus stop 200 m away. We renovated it this year, with the aim of creating a warm, welcoming place where the whole family can enjoy meeting up. Enter and be seduced by the large ground-floor living room with lounge, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and a large dressing room/ski room. On the garden level, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master with a large dressing room, and a bathroom with toilet.

The chalet is located 3km from the centre of Megève, and free shuttle buses (the Meg'buses) make it easy to get around. You can use the Pysae application to track the shuttle buses in real time. The nearest stop is "Planelet".
Follow the signs: Line 2 "Megève / Mont d'Arbois / Cote 2000".
If you're a sporty type, you can get to the start of the Mont d'Arbois ski runs in just a few skating steps.
There are plenty of starting points for walks, and it's always a pleasure to reach the village via the "Calvaire" path, or to take a stroll to "la Livraz" where a children's toboggan run awaits you.
