The check in time on the site was 3pm, when we got there we were told it was 4pm. We just drove through a snow storm and when we arrived we were told they would text us when the room was ready. We got the keys (bracelets) at 4:10pm, we then had to get back in the car to drive to the apartment about a mile away. The room was spacious and bigger than we expected. We were unable to check out with the drop the bracelets in a box method as it was overflowing. I am not sure how they control if someone has checked out. The price was reasonable, I don't think we will return.
