This is our 2nd time renting and unfortunately we had issues getting into the Airbnb both times. It is a great size place for multiple family members and very close to Cave Run Lake and Morehead State. We know this was classified as a cabin but we were not expecting the amount of bugs we found inside, both flies and an infestation of ladybugs. The lady bugs were so plentiful we had to close off a particular bedroom from being used. I will say a leaking toilet was fixed promptly after reporting the issue. Upstairs heating unit was extremely loud, seriously mimicked a jet engine. If we need another large sized rental we may consider renting again but not at the top of our list.

Owners were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in an hour early due to arriving in town sooner than expected. The place is a gem, from the spacious sleeping areas, to the multiple bathrooms and two kitchens. The appliances are very nice with the most amazing stove. My husband is very jealous of the stove and I'm going to have to purchase one now. We thoroughly enjoyed the large patio where we could visit with family. We were in town for a funeral and wish we would've had time to explore the area more. Will definitely return in the future and recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay!

Beautiful and comfortable. I live in New Jersey but have family in Morehead. I just completed a week in the cabin. I will stay there every time I’m in Morehead! Much rather stay in the comfort of a “home” than in a hotel room. Kitty and Meredith and their staff are very accommodating and think of the smallest details to make for a comfortable stay.
